Mid-Length Warm Hooded Puffer Down Jacket

This is a small. I usually wear medium, but I didnt want a bulky coat. It's actually true to size. Repels water. You can zip up the bottom to sit inside the car. My legs are skinny, it will probably look better on normal people lol. But no complaints really. I've been wearing it for about a month now.

It's rather about seller's customer care than the product quality. The product was slightly small for me and so I decided to return it. However, the coat has been delivered to my location outside of USA by another international carrier who picked it up from my USA mail address where it had earlier been delivered by the seller. As you can see, the return was practically impossible due to high cost of overseas shipment from my home country, Azerbaijan, back to USA (approximately $100). However, despite this problem, the seller came up with solution that fully satisfied me. It am thankful to them for not not being formal and procedure driven, but rather being helpful and creative to help me. Impressed by how much they value each customer. Well done Orolay!

Was looking for a warm but not bulky jacket and this did the trick and the price was right.

My son likes it! Even tho I expected it to be heavier with more fillings; but it looks warm enough even its not as puffy as their other woman’s coat I bought for myself
